We aim to develop standardized methods for the detection of plastic micro- and nanoparticles present in analytically complex environments (e.g. foods, environmental samples, cell culture). This project considers steps from sample collection to pre-treatment to characterization via microscopy, spectroscopy, light scattering, and more.
